Winter coming

We have gotten some snow here at my cabin.  I have also started winter feeding for the forest birds, and I have to tell you that has kept me busy today...

Snow leopard day

Today is world's snow leopard day! The life of those rare professional mountain cats is not easy, the co-operation with humans is not always harmless,  link to news.

However, today is a good day to celebrate those big cats as we got the first snow for the winter.
