Lunch break at Gryts boat yard

I had adjusted to a new daily routine. Or should I say unadjusted from my regular feline routine of sleeping from 10.00 to 18.00. I slept in the move and woke up for marinas. We arrived at Gryts boat yard for  lunch time and I was immediately on the deck. As the lunch was prepared I visited the pier and defined that this was a nice  environment I would be pleased to visit again. (Unfortunately the restaurant had closed the lunch service for this summer so the crew had to cook themselves.) After lunch we continued to Bokön. We experienced most magical moments of our journey there. I will tell more about it in my next post.

Monday mornings can be like this

We started early on Monday morning from Argosund to Bokön. The crew was distantly but unpleasantly aware that this was the last week off from the regular routines on land. This in mind they were joking that it is possible to have Monday morning like this, you will get the point by looking at the pics. This island route required careful attention and I thought that this would be a good place to train navigating in darkness with help of the lighthouses. Well, maybe not yet this time... There was no wind but due to the beautiful path between the islands with all the nice summer houses motoring was almost pleasant. We had a lunch break at Gryts varv. More about that in the upcoming post!
