The light

This week the first mate has reported seeing light on the eastern sky on way to her non-nautical daily routines. This assures us on the fact that the summer is on its way to our sub-arctic wintery home. Decent winter temperature of -20C and lovely snow crystal covered trees have made the increasing light even more present. Meanwhile we return in our thoughts to our summery adventures, feeling our bare feet submerging into the warm soft sand, smelling the invigorating scent of the sun bathing pine trees, hearing the sea's gentle eternal movement to and from the waterline on the beach.

Time to relax

The life in my lair on land has returned to almost normal, the electricity is back. This Xmas was very different from the my two earlier Xmases. This one was almost better: more visits to my temp crew, much less light as I like it better in twilight. An of course I do not mind missing the noise caused by washing machines, dish washers and such.

The crew has arranged and tidied little by little the lair on land during the weekend but what is concerning to me they are talking that I will be shampooed soon. I do not like that at all. Better to keep up sharpening my nails...

iCat

Oh my devices... When I took over this lair on land there was enough space on the keyboard for me to lounge. Now it is getting small. But the smaller one is handy as an arm rest.
