My Recommendations for Crew Workout

One of my targets for this off-season was to exercise more and make sure that the crew gets its physical training to perform better on upcoming season. We cats know how to exercise: when you do it do it fast with full intensity - for humans they call this High Intensity Interval Training, HIIT. Also stretching is natural for us - I stretch regularly several times to day.
